Scope
These terms govern your use of the Bundleloom Shopify app and the bundleloom.com website. By installing the app you accept these terms and the privacy policy.
The service
Bundleloom adds quantity and bundle discount options to your Shopify product pages and applies them as Shopify automatic discounts. Bundleloom is currently free. If we ever add a paid plan we will tell existing users at least 30 days in advance; nothing is charged without your approval.
Your responsibilities
- The discount amounts and prices you set in bundles.
- Making sure strike-through prices and discount claims comply with consumer law.
- Using the app in line with Shopify's terms and applicable law.
Acceptable use
You may not use the app to publish misleading content, infringe anyone's rights, overload the system or try to bypass its security. If you do, we may suspend access.
Warranty and liability
Bundleloom is provided "as is". We don't promise it will run without interruption or errors, but we work on reported bugs right away. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profit or sales.
Intellectual property
The app's code, design and the Bundleloom name belong to us. Your store content (products, images, bundle and discount settings) belongs to you.
Termination
You can uninstall the app from your Shopify admin at any time. The privacy policy explains how data is deleted after that.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes.
